Bengaluru Metro: Services to remain suspended for a couple of hours on Aug 10, 11, and 14 on some stations of Purple Line

The Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has decided to halt Purple Line service between the stations of Baiyappanahalli and Swami Vivekananda Road, as well as K R Puram and Whitefield (Kadugodi), from 5 am to 7 am on 10 and 11 August. This is due to scheduled signalling work. Train services between Swami Vivekananda Road and Kengeri Metro stations will be accessible during this time.

Trains will only run between Baiyappanahalli and Vijayanagar Metro stations on August 14 from 5 am to 7 am in order to complete signalling and other related activities for extending Metro services from Kengeri to Challaghatta. During the two-hour window, there won’t be any services running between the Kengeri and Vijayanagar Metro stations.

The Green Line’s train schedule remains unchanged. After 7 am, regular train services will be available across the Namma Metro network on all three days.
